By using Build Your Empire Uni-versity, intended as a website (www.buildyourempireuniversity.com) or applications (collectively, the "Build Your Empire University", the "Service", the "System"), the user of our services expressly agrees to have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and additional legal documentation.

If you do not agree with one or more of the clauses in our legal documentation, please do not use our services.

The user also guarantees that all data provided to Build Your Empire University at the time of signing the contract is true, accurate and complete and undertakes to keep it true.

After such changes, Build Your Empire University's continued use implies an express acknowledgment and acceptance of the changes.

The Build Your Empire University and the content provided through it are property of BYEU PTY LTD or its licensors. We grant them to users under a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable license for their personal and non-commercial use of the Service.

Build Your Empire University retains ownership of all copies of software applica-tions even after installation on users' devices. You may not assign, transfer or sub-license any of your rights under this License to any third party.

All Build Your Empire University trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, domain names, and all other Build Your Empire University trademark features are the exclusive property of BYEU PTY LTD. This License does not grant any right to use the trademarks, Build Your Empire University service marks, trade names, log-os, domain names, or other Build Your Empire University trademark features, whether for commercial or non-commercial use.

The user agrees not to use the Build Your Empire University Service (including but not limited to its content) in any way that is not expressly provided for by these Conditions.

Third-party software collections included in the Build Your Empire University Service are licensed according to the rules outlined in these Terms.

Build Your Empire University, to properly provide its services, may (now or in the future) use third party applications, websites, and content directly offered by third parties ("Third Party Applications"). The use of these applications is subject to their terms of use. You acknowledge and agree that Build Your Empire University is not responsible for any third-party application's behavior, features, or content.

User content

Users of Build Your Empire University may post (now or in the future), upload, and/or contribute ("post") Content to the Service, including photographs, text, and other Content ("Content"). You have the right to post any Content within the System and warrant that such Content or your use by us, as provided in these Agreements, will not violate these Agreements, applicable law, intellectual property, or the rights of others. As a result of this, you grant us an international, non-exclusive, transfera-ble, sub-licensable, royalty-free, royalty-free license to any Content posted on or in connection with, Build 

Your Empire University. The above license will be in effect until you suspend your Build Your Empire University account except in the case of Content posted, made public, or shared with others. In addition to the rights specifi-cally granted herein, you retain ownership of all rights, including intellectual proper-ty rights, in the Content posted on the Build Your Empire University service, except that, where applicable under the laws of your country, you agree to waive your right to be identified as the author of any Content on the Build Your Empire University service and your right to object to derogatory treatment.

Build Your Empire University does not monitor, review or modify the Content post-ed but reserves the right to remove or disable access to it for any reason, including, but not limited to, Content that, in our sole discretion, violates these Agreements. Build Your Empire University may take such action without prior notice to you. Removal or disabling of access to the Content in question will be at our sole discre-tion. We cannot guarantee the removal or disable of any Content that violates these Agreements.

Build Your Empire University is not responsible for the Content posted and does not endorse any opinion contained therein. If you believe that any Content infringes any intellectual property rights, please contact us using our official email address.

Suppose you wish to sign up, purchase or engage with any product or service made available through this website. In that case, you will be asked to provide information relevant to your purchase, including, without limitation, your credit card number, your card expiration date credit card, your billing address.

Using a specific credit card, the user implicitly declares to have full use of the pay-ment method.

You grant us the right to employ any third-party service we use to facilitate payment and complete purchases. Sending information is considered approval.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including but not limited to errors in the description, or price of the product or service or any other error in the order or other reasons.

We reserve the right to cancel or reject your order if fraud or an unauthorized or il-legal transaction, including non-compliance, is suspected.

Some site services are provided under subscription. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (billing cycle). Billing cycles are set up monthly.

We may change our rates at any time, at our sole discretion, and at any time. Any rate changes will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

We agree to provide you with reasonable notice of any rate changes to allow you to terminate your subscription before such change becomes effective.

If you continue to use the services after the subscription fee change comes into ef-fect, this constitutes your agreement to pay the modified subscription fee amount.

Build Your Empire University will make reasonable efforts to keep the Build Your Empire University Service operational. However, from time to time, some technical difficulties or maintenance operations may cause temporary interruptions. To the ex-tent permitted by applicable law, Build Your Empire University reserves the right to modify or discontinue (periodically or temporarily) the Build Your Empire Univer-sity Service's functions and capabilities. 

This operation will be applied with or with-out notice and without any liability to users, except where prohibited by law.

The Agreements will remain in force until terminated by the user or Build Your Empire University. However, the user understands and agrees that Build Your Em-pire University may suspend or completely deny access to any user's services without any written notice.

Warranty and disclaimer

Unless otherwise provided in the Agreement does not exclude or cancel the others if any provision in the Agreement is deemed unenforceable for any reason. The appli-cation of these provisions is valid to the extent permitted by law.

Failure by Build Your Empire University or any third-party recipient to enforce any associated agreements or clauses will not void Build Your Empire University's rights or any third party beneficiary's rights to do so.

BYEU PTY LTD operates in full accordance with the applicable laws of the United Kingdom. In this sense, any dispute or legal controversy will be resolved in the ex-clusive courts of the United Kingdom.
